Editors
Editors-in-chief: The Glourious and Most Honourable Supreme Leaders.
Home Page Editors: Home page editors manage the updating of the front page of the newspaper website. There should be a minimum of four individuals devoted to this task, one for each section of the main page: Past Month's Events, Upcoming Events, Current World Events, and Random Facts. This number is variable, should the layout of the front page change in the future and the number of sections requiring bimonthly update changes. They are responsible for updating the sections with the publication of each "issue," and should provide at least seven to ten items for each section. Editors for the Past Month's Events and Upcoming Events should use the school website as a guideline. Editors for the Current Events and Random Facts sections should rely upon trustworthy sources with clear citations. Fact verification will be performed by the editors-in-chief prior to updating.
Photo Editors: Photo editors' duties overlap with those of photographers in Yearbook. It is their job to find pictures suitable for each article submitted. These may either be taken by Yearbook/Journalism itself, in which case the photographer in question will be credited, or taken from public domain images online, in which case the website, or photographer (if applicable) should be credited. Furthermore, photo editors should liaise with Yearbook publications to ensure that all released images are approved as per Yearbook's confidentiality clauses. Workload corresponds to the bimonthly publication schedule.

Social Media
Social Media Liaisons: These individuals manage the social media aspect of the newspaper and are responsible for promoting new articles and moderating any social media pages employed by the newspaper for community interaction and promotional purposes. Social media pages should be updated as frequently as possible. Attempts should be made to encourage community interaction, especially with our sister project, Yearbook publications.
Contributors
Columnists: Any member of Yearbook/Journalism or any independent contributor who has claimed a specific topic. This person will automatically be assigned articles according to their chosen column for the remainder of the year; if no article is requested or if an article pertaining to that topic is required to flesh out an issue, he or she will be prioritized in article assignments. Multiple individuals may claim a column. Columnists may also claim multiple columns so long as deadlines and article assignments are consistently fulfilled. Furthermore, columnists may claim additional articles not included in their chosen topic; however, they must also submit an article within their column in addition to the external topic.
Contributors: Any member of Yearbook/Journalism or any independent contributor not assigned to a column or otherwise occupying a position.
